Albert is a boy who must either sacrifice his beloved pet pig to appease the god of his world, or face the ultimate sacrifice.

Rebirth is a short horror film written and directed by Carter Looker and produced by Stephen Pidgeon. They developed it together as a joint postgraduate project for their Masters degrees at the Victorian College of the Arts.

Shot at Mont Du Soleil in Emerald, Victoria - Rebirth was brought together with many amazing people. Scriptwriting, research, locations, animals, children, stunts, fire, costumes, music, editing and everything else in between - Stephen worked closely with Carter to bring his vision to life.
