Frank is a delinquent Park Ranger who has been demoted to looking after the smallest park in Melbourne. After kicking out all of the community members to preserve the purity of the park, Evil Corporation™ comes in with their own plans.

Frank’s Patch is a web series created by students at the Victorian College of the Arts. Stephen was involved in a team of producers, overseeing and managing the logistics required to bring it from initial concept through to a launched series.
